What do you think sobriety will do for you?

Was just keen to hear about what sort of picture everyone has about the different ways sobriety will help. Of course, we're all at different stages of our journey so some of you may already have been clean for a while, and others might have just started or are preparing to get there.

But wherever you are on the path, I just thought it might be valuable to hear people's outlook on what sort of benefits sobriety can bring. Doesn't matter whether you're thinking ahead 1 month or 12 months.

Maybe it'll clear up the mental fog, or help you getting along better with your parents or partner. It might help you lose weight, or save a load of money!

As a jumping off point, maybe think about it in terms of these domains; mental health, physical health, work + , personal relationships and financially.

Think of it as a blueprint for what life could be like. And the more clearly we can see the picture, the more we know about why we're aiming for it in the first place!
