It's so great seeing everybody able to get out and live again! It seems like we're finally at a stage of "living with" this COVID thing...Love seeing what you're looking forward to @MoodyM00, @Lhiver and @PnorkelPW.

This week I'm looking forward to...

    - Seeing my mum when she comes down here for the first time in a long time

    - Watching all the NBA games with my son

    - Going out for dinner with a friend who lives overseas that I haven't seen in a couple of years

My work week is done for this week, yay!! 🎈🎉

My 3 things this week I am looking forward to is:
    1. Attending a webinar about Managing Autistic Meltdowns/Sensory Overloads and How the brain functions. (Its based mainly on children with Autism-which i have 2 teen sons who are but I am mainly doing this webinar to try and understand my autistic meltdowns)
    2. A 1hr with an Addiction Specialist. Discussing addiction and I will be throwing as many questions as i can to her about strategies to try; things to look up for when I am beginning to not cope so well.
    3. A 2hr session with the Psychologist to talk about all the stress, difficulties with my sons, work issues. A good mental dump session.
All of which are happening Friday. I will be me tally drained after all that. Lol

Happy Saturday everyone! It's time to think about what exciting/fun or nice things we have coming up for us!

    1. I'm going away with my friend for a few nights! We want to have time to totally disconnect and just focus on us and where we're at mentally!

    2. After being on an exercise ban for a long time I am now able to get back into the gym!

    3. Fulfilling the feeling o motivation I currently have. I want to start recognising my motivation more and actually setting myself up to achieve what I know I am capable of. This takes time But I know that the hard work will pay off!

Hello hello! It's time for our weekend activities! This week it is 3 Things to look forward to!

I have a comedy show tonight which I'm really looking forward to. It's the comedy festival here and i's always nice to have a laugh!

It's starting to get chilly here, winter is my favourite season, so I'm looking forward to it cooling down and being able to get rugged up, have some tea and watch the rain

I bought a present for a friend and I am very excited to give it to them! I love getting little surprise gifts for my friends :)

Hi everyone! Another Saturday has rolled round and it's time to share a few things we're looking forward to!

    1. I've finally joined a new gym and am getting into a routine there

    2. Moving on from relationships that no longer serve me. This one is difficult and a bit of a double edged sword. It is hard to say goodbye to people but it is always most important to look after yourself.

    3. Going away with a girlfriend at the end of the month. Getting out of town and clearing my head will be such a welcome change :)

Hey @Lhiver I love that list! Exercise, boundaries and travel……….amazing!

I’ve been thinking about things to look forward to this week after a conversation I had with a mate the other day. We’re heading into that part of the year where it’s darker and colder and I struggle with that. This is where I need to book things so I’ve got something to look forward to and positive to focus on.

For now I’ll stay short term though while I work on the longer term stuff. So 3 things I’m looking forward to are………….

    - 5 days to myself this week so I can start to paint the inside of my house

    - Starting phase 2 of my exercise campaign……..it’s important to kickstart it so I don’t lose momentum

    - Booking an overseas holiday. Not sure where or when yet but it’s been on my mind for a while……….I’m looking forward to making up my mind

Love reading your list @Lhiver, leaving relationships that don't serve me has been something I have learnt so much from...the lesson that the most loving and caring choice can be a painful one.

This week I'm looking forward to...

    - Visiting a couple of my closest friends in Newcastle over the weekend

    - Much like @PnorkelPW I'm looking forward to starting the next block of my exercise routine

    - Watching the Golden State Warriors in the NBA playoffs

Three things to look forward to :
Learning my way around the new laptop and printer.

Planting flower seeds in the community garden.

Spending time with my cat ( I think I always say that ! )
And all this stuff is possible because I'm not using .

Hey @Azura l really like how your plans involve future focused outcomes, like mastery of new technology, and even further, the plants that will gradually grow and produce in the community garden! Wishing you all the best. pulse88 (one of the moderators)
