Aaaaaaahhhh work/life balance.............it's such a juggle @Lhiver but when it's right it's awesome how good life feels. I've been working on mine lately and it feels good.
It's a pretty cool feeling to be valued at work too @ScorpionPW...........it makes going to work so much more enjoyable.
You're in a good place at work too it seems @butter.........I'm glad everyone is in a good place with that. That might be where I start too..............
Three things I'm grateful for today are..............
- that both my workplaces have supported me in my search for a better work/life balance and moving my hours around
- having the ability to purchase some new camping gear for an upcoming trip thanks to my savings budget
- that change is always possible and each day is a new chance to get it right

I have some different sort of things to be grateful for this week:
1. I am grateful for being able to get involved in health research. Being able to help translate research into practical therapies, new medicines and emerging technologies that can help people that use drugs is something that I'm really passionate about.
2. I am grateful for what little I do know about my culture. So much of Indigenous culture has been lost and stolen over the years. Although I can't speak my traditional language, I can do things like play didgeridoo, create contemporary art inspired by my culture and share dreamtime stories with others.
3. I was really grateful to have a very successful clean up Australia Day event which I organised last week. We were able to pick up 4 bags of rubbish in around 2 hours which I was really pleased with. I think Australia is such a beautiful country and I am really passionate about keeping it beautiful into the future as well.

- Being able to have a really restful day when I haven't been feelimg well.
- Having such a supportive, non judgemental manager who really believes in me.
- My partner and all of the amazing things she does.

That's a pretty impressive gratefuls list @Judas
I'm always envious when I see people connecting with culture in ways such as yours. I've watched people change as they've connected and develop a sense of belonging that was missing beforehand. It's pretty much non existent with my background and as such, not something I feel drawn to explore in that sense.

Whilst I'm here i better not forget to put my gratefuls list down
Today i'm grateful for.................
- being able to regulate my emotions and not respond in ways which are out of alignment with my values and as a result not make a difficult situation any worse
- that we actually got some form of summer and I got to enjoy daylight savings this year
- that footy season is only 7 more sleeps away and it's 8 sleeps till i go watch the mighty Cats!!
Today i'm grateful for.................
