Is the service really busy? The support really has dropped off. I hope management is supporting Counsellors. I value the service and am grateful for it but I’m starting to feel uncomfortable using it. Not sure whether it’s aimed to not create dependency on the service but please just be transparent because it’s a horrid feeling.
Also some counsellors will only let you type one comment at a time, it feels so controlling! Other counsellor let you just have a regular conversation.
This is an important service. If your counsellors are burnt out please support them. It’s very valuable.!

Thank you so much. Please know I am grateful. I know I don’t sound it, but I am. Thanks for understanding the feedback. There are many fantastic counsellors on this service.
