Using the forums/counselling if not using alcohol or drugs

Hi,
I have a question about these services? Are they available for drug and alcohol use only or for other issues too? Just wanting clarification please.... the program title “counselling online” suggests it could be for any services....

The counselling online, is a peer supportive community where people affected by alcohol and other drugs (AOD) use can connect with each other to access information, share stories and discuss relevant strategies for change and recovery. This forum is specific for alcohol and other drugs.

I am in recovery (nearly 3 months sober) and working through the AA 12 steps - have become stuck on steps 4 and 5. Can someone help with this- have been away for the last 5 weeks and a bit unsure as to whether i go back to my sponsor - or talk to someone at an AA meeting.
