    Forum Update

    Mon Feb 01, 2021 6:10 pm

    Hi everyone,

Hope the start of your week is going well, Monday comes around real fast! :D

I wanted to give you a quick update, we have just installed some new plugins today designed to improve your experience with us :)

You'll now be able to receive notifications more easily either on your mobile or desktop. Easily keep track when someone sends you a reply.

We've added Top Stats to the main page. This gives you a good break down of the following: Most viewed topics, Most replied topics, Most active users, Most active forums and the last 5 registered users. See who is online and what the popular topics are.

You'll also see a daily snapshot summary on the footer of the homepage of how many new topics and posts there are and how many users have been on. A great way to engage and get support is to tag other members that have been online. You can do this by typing @ and then their username, this will tag them and send a notification e.g @Bamboo [facilitator]

There are a lot of topics to look through. Now you can simply hover over the topic and you'll get a peek of some of the content to see if it sparks your interest.

We'll be creating some new special icons/badges for Super Users and Peer Leaders. I'll keep you updated when this is finalised and share it with you.

Lastly, we'll also be able to share polls on the forum as we absolutely value your opinion and feedback.

Let us know what you think and if you have any suggestions, would love to hear from you :)

Hi everyone hope you had a good weekend! :) Following my post at the start of Feb we recently installed some new plugin functions on the forum to further enhance your experience on the forum.

Incase you missed it, here it is again below -

You'll now be able to receive notifications more easily either on your mobile or desktop. Easily keep track when someone sends you a reply.

We'd love to know if you have found these small changes useful? What do you like or perhaps dislike about them? We value any feedback you might have.

We've also recently created some Polls which is a quick an easy way for you to simply click a button to vote. Has this been helpful?

Lastly we also wanted to recognise key contributers in our community. We appreciate everyone has come from a different stage in their journey and it takes a lot of courage to open up and share your story. The value of the forum is peers supporting peers and it's something we are growing. As of this week we'll be awarding members with the following:

    - Valued Contributer - for members that have posted more than 10 times on the forum
    - Super Member - For members that have posted more than 50 times on the forum

Please note that this is done manually (we do our best not to miss anyone) and members will have this appear on their profile. We will also create a new thread to recognise our Valued Contributers and Super Members.

If you have any suggestions or feedback, please feel free to reply to this post below :)
