    Hi @Whk93
I'm Calvino one of the facilitators.

Good on you for reaching out to the forums!
Its a great way of getting in touch with people who are experiencing similar things to yourself.
It can be quite difficult having to tackle this alone but there is so much support out there. Whats the substance that you're using?

Have you tried calling Directline? You can speak with a counsellor and even get a referral as well for further support.

Reaching out for support is the best thing you can do, you won't be judged. Also a lot of good GP's. Any judgement, you've got someone inexperienced/not enjoying their job - and just try again.

I have a laundry list of people who have helped me and I am so, so grateful for certain people in particular. They will never know the difference they have made to me.
