    Overdose Awareness Day Support

Saturday August 31st is International Overdose Awareness Day, a day to acknowledge and remember the lives of those lost to drug overdose, and recognise the pain of loss and grief experienced by impacted friends and family. You can read more about it in our latest blog piece.

We know that this is a particularly difficult time for many dealing with loss and grief of someone they care about. Whilst it can be hard to talk about, we are here to listen.

We invite you to share a memory, pay a tribute, share support and connection here. You're welcome to reply below, or start a new topic of your own. You'll need to complete a very quick registration before you can post.

It's OK to ask for help. Know that Griefline is available to you midday to 3am AEST on 1300 845 745, or LifeLine is available 24/7 on 13 11 14.
