Re: Keeping occupied
Hi @Daz,
Welcome to the forums and thank you so much for opening a new topic and shared the activities you enjoy doing~
Posting in here or go around the forum for some inspiring story is also a way to keep yourself occupied~
Keep us update about your journey, maybe also your drawings if you don't mind~ What kinds of drawing do you normally draw?

Re: Keeping occupied
Hi @Daz ...........welcome aboard!
I really notice the difference if I haven't been for my morning swim. Not sure if I enjoy the swim more or the sauna afterwards. For me, swimming is like a moving meditation and gets my breathing into a rhythm for the day.
I wish I could draw............do you have a specialty subject/style/genre you like drawing?

Re: Keeping occupied
Hi @Daz,
That's great to hear, exercise makes such a huge difference to my mental health.
Whenever I get complacement with it I notice my anxiety creeps up on me more, I feel more lethargic and more stressed in general.
As soon as I start again I notice an instant positive shift and everything all of a sudden seems a lot better.
It's great you've got that creative outlet as well. What kind of pictures do you like to draw?
