Disconnection From Chat
Post
Hi
Just wondering why does a counsellor disconnect you from chat in the middle of an important discussion?
Is it because you have broken a rule or are too hard to deal with? Or is it a technical issue?
Whatever it is I hope you guys fix it coz it hurts and its no good to do that to ppl in huge amounts of emotional pain.
Much luv and respect

Re: Disconnection From Chat
Hi Malika,
Thank you for asking this question. The counsellors never disconnect a web chat without your consent, so most likely this is a connection/technical issue. Sometimes connecting on mobile devices can have some technical troubles. Know that it is never on purpose, the counsellors are always there to support you.
Kind Regards,
Lady Bug
